Marc Laforce is one of only a dozen certified consultants headquartered in the United States with a satellite office in Lille as well as in Montreal (Longueuil). He has more than 25 years of business experience, having worked in management, consulting, telecommunications, and in the service and recruitment industries.

After obtaining the required certificate from the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) in 2007, now the Regulatory Council of Immigration Consultants of Canada (RCICC), Mr. Laforce decided to offer his services to Canadian and foreign companies with immigration needs that he helps recruit, transfer or repatriate foreign employees for positions in Canada.

Since February 2011, only persons authorized by the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion (MIDI) can process temporary (CAQ) or permanent (CSQ) immigration applications. Mr. Laforce, since 2015, is listed in the Quebec register of immigration consultants.

Mr. Laforce’s clients include a prestigious range of small and large companies. In Canada, he carries out consulting assignments for TIW (Montreal) and Telus (Burnaby). In the United States, Mr. Laforce works with AT&T (San Antonio, TX), Level 3 (Los Alamitos, CA), Nextphase (Anaheim, CA) and Northridge Group (Chicago, IL). Internationally, he has worked with several companies including China Netcom (Changsha, China), NSGS (Bruges, Belgium), GTS (Monaco), KDDI (Tokyo, Japan), NTT (Tokyo, Japan) and Telenor (Oslo, Norway).

Prior to working in immigration and recruitment, Mr. Laforce was Regional Director of Business Development for Telecel International in Johannesburg, South Africa. This position allowed him to develop and implement a business plan and market strategies for the sub-Saharan African region including Côte d’Ivoire, Madagascar, Zambia, Zaire (Democratic Republic of Congo) and Zimbabwe.

Mr. Laforce was also Director of Business Development for Belgacom’s Strategy Group in Brussels in 1998. He began his career at Teleglobe Canada (now Tata Communications) before becoming Assistant Vice President Europe (Frankfurt) in 1993 after an internship in Washington D.C. for INTELSAT.

Mr. Laforce holds a B.A. in Political Science from McGill University, which is ranked first among Canadian universities in Maclean’s latest annual ranking.

He is married with two daughters and resides in Longueuil, Quebec.

Narimane Bouazza first of all follows an initial university training in information and communication sciences with a public relations option.

She began her career as a journalist in a daily business newspaper. Then in 2008, she joined a major multinational company in the industrial sector (ISO & QHSE certified).

She has held the position of communication and public relations manager and has implemented various internal and external communication strategies. Thanks to her skills, she quickly climbed the ladder. In 2010, she was appointed executive in charge of administrative management and human resources, a position she held with rigour for more than 6 years.

Passionate about human resources, the HR profession holds no secrets for her. During her experience she has acquired a good knowledge of the organization and functioning of the company, she knows perfectly well the jobs in the industry and the interactions existing between departments. During her experience she has been able to develop a technical culture corresponding to the sector in which she has evolved.

She has been actively involved in various HR projects and their achievements, namely recruitment reviews and forecasts. She masters different interview tools and techniques (face-to-face, collective, telephone, …). She has a good listening skills to conduct recruitment interviews, based mainly on an objective assessment aimed at the candidates. Possessing communication skills, she knows how to convince and highlight the company’s assets and the interest of the position to be filled.

In 2017 she joined the recruitment firm Global Grossing RH, where she was appointed recruitment manager, an activity dedicated to HR profiles. She finds French-speaking talents for Canada, France and beyond the French borders.​

After a professional cooking course in 1984, François Viau first began his career in the restaurant as a cook, then as Chef-Cook at Restaurant le Côte à Côte specializing in Steak, Fruits de Mers and Côte Levée and later as Chef at La Providence Golf Club.

Subsequently, from 1994 to 1999, François Viau became owner of a restaurant in Canada and a restaurant in Mexico.

In the year 2000, Mr. Viau changed careers to work for at Gordon’s Food Services – Montreal Division as a specialist in the development of new customers. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Viau was Director of the Regional Sales Office for the Montreal Territories, Shore- South of Montreal and the Eastern Townships. Subsequently, from 2005 to 2017, François Viau became Chief of Categories ( Disposable , Chemicals , Beverages . Fish , Fruits and Vegetables , Dishes and Equipment ) still at Gordon’s Food Service.

In 2017, François Viau founded his own brokerage company (Alimentation América inc.) and represents Quebec companies such as Global Paper and Dolcetti Dezertz as well as Global Crossing RH for the specific mandate of the restaurant sector to provide the a flagrant lack of cooks in the Province of Quebec. Mr. Viau is married with one son and resides in McMasterville, Quebec.
